The annexe, formally a small private coach house and stables with stable-lad accommodation
above, was converted in the late 1980s to become the basic 2 reception-room, 2 bedroom
house. It has been used mainly as offices.
[In 2004 it was converted into a residence, no longer formally joined to the rest
of the original “42” except with joint drive and listed building status.]
